Is yours on this list?  If so, you’re in good company.  BoatUS released it’s top 10 boat names for 2007 last month.  While not scientific in any way, the list is compiled based on the number of requests BoatUS gets through its Graphics and Lettering services.

Gone from the list are such previously-popular names as Obsession, Serenity and Misty (the top names in 1997, 1998 and 1999 respectively), replaced with such plays-on-words as Knot on Call, Aquaholic, and Seas the Day.

The top name for 2007?  After a #5 showing in 2005 and a no-show in 2006, Black Pearl returned in 2007 to claim the top slot.  You can see all the Top Boat Names from 1991 through 2007 at the BoatUS website.
